After a slow start, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is finally looking capable of succeeding Naruto. The new generation of shinobi has some real gems.
There are many strong shinobi who have considerable talent. So, today I have made a list of characters from Boruto who have Kage level potential.
7. Metal Lee
We begin the list with the son of Rock Lee. We don’t know who the mother is yet. Metal is one of the most talented characters in the series. Metal is a hard worker.
It is fair to say that he has picked up this habit from his father. The only problem with Metal Lee is that he becomes nervous whenever there are people watching him. Also, he might be able to use the eight inner gates, which definitely gives him the Kage level potential.

6. Shikadai Nara
Shikadai is the son of Temari and Shikamaru. He tends to avoid unnecessary fights.
However, he is as good as Shikamaru when the situation calls for it. He is considered a prodigy of the Nara clan. Shikadai is shown to have control over the traditional shadow possession techniques.
5. Iwabe
Iwabe has been at the Academy for quite some time now. He has the highest scores at the Academy in physical activities.
However, due to his weakness in studies, he has been held back at the Academy for two years. Iwabe has a lot of raw and he can perform more jutsu than anyone else. So, he’s a character to look forward to.
4. Sarada Uchiha
Next on the list is Sarada Uchiha. She is the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura. Sarada has awakened her Sharingan at a very early age.
Sarada has excellent chakra control like her mother. This allows her to use chakra enhanced strength. Sarada is also an expert at using shuriken jutsu. She is among one of the more talented individuals from the next generation.
3. Boruto Uzumaki
Boruto is the main protagonist of Naruto Next Generations. He is the son of Naruto and Hinata. Boruto is a bit like his father.
Like Naruto, Boruto likes to do silly things and attract attention. Despite just being an Academy student, Boruto is able to use the shadow clone technique.
In Boruto the movie, he even learned the Rasengan. Boruto also has some unknown dōjutsu, which allows him to see creatures such Nue and its chakra.
2. Shinki
Shinki is the adopted son of Gaara. He is yet to make his appearance in the anime. Shinki has introduced in Boruto the movie.
Shinki possesses the magnet release kekkei genkai. This allows him to use the iron sand. Yes! You heard it right. The Iron Sand is the strongest weapon in the history of Sunagakure.
Shinki is also able to use puppets. An ability he shares with his uncle, Kankuro. Shinki stormed past everyone during the Chūnin exams. Personally, he’s a guy who is set for big things. I’m looking forward to seeing him in the future.
1. Mitsuki
The final character on the list is Mitsuki. He is the synthetic human creature by Orochimaru. Mitsuki also has a brother named Log.
He is a very intelligent character who looks for the best outcome in a situation.
