11. Tenten

She is the student of Might guy who is the best Taijutsu user in the entire Naruto and Naruto Shippuden series. She is the teammate of the best Taijutsu Specialist in Konoha – Rock Lee and the Most Gifted Genius of his generation Neji Hyuga.
You can’t blame her to be overshadowed by the likes of them. However, you can’t just ignore her skills in long-range weaponry.

Lady Tsunade was so strong in physical strength that, she cracked Madara’s Susanoo with her sheer strength.

3. Kushina Uzumaki

The redhead habanero. We could easily place her anywhere in top 3 places. Kushina had a very special kind of chakra. Even among the Uzumaki, she was special.

For that reason, she was selected to be the next Jinchuriki of 9tail fox after Mito Uzumaki.

Though the vessel, Jinchuriki dies after the extraction of the tailed beast, Kushina did not die after Tobi sucked the 9tail out of him. After giving birth to Naruto and the extraction of the tailed beast, she managed to put up a barrier strong enough to hold the complete 9tail. Later she blocked Kurama’s attack alongside with Minato with her body.

And after all of this happened, Minato sealed some of her chakra inside Naruto to control the 9 tails. But, as we never saw her full abilities, we just can’t put her any higher.

One of the members of Team Jiraiya. Konan got shadowed by the other 2 students Yahiko and Nagato. But, Konan herself is a pretty damn strong ninja. She is good at long-distance battles.

Not to mention, she can fly too. This adds an extra layer to her attacking ability. During the fight against Tobi, we saw how dangerous she could be. Though, Tobi was a bit careless and underestimated her.
