Naruto Uzumaki has grown to be arguably the strongest Shinobi in the history of the series. He’s certainly in a league of his own. When it comes to combat, it is probably impossible to beat him.
Naruto reached surprising levels during the 4th Great Ninja War, so it is not surprising that he is the strongest in the world right now.
There are extremely few characters alive, who can match him in combat, or put up some kind of fight against him. Today’s list is about exactly that. So let’s begin—
8. Gaara
Gaara is the Fifth Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village. He was once the Jinchuuriki of Shukaku, but isn’t anymore. Nonetheless, Gaara is extremely strong, and a wise fighter.
He has good chakra levels, and his sealing jutsu and Ninjutsu skills are extremely durable to match. He won’t win against Naruto, but he can definitely fight him.
7. Sakura Haruno
Sakura Haruno is a Kunoichi from Konohagakure. She is arguably the strongest Kunoichi in the entire Shinobi world right now.
Sakura was a member of Team 7, along with Naruto and Sasuke. In terms of power, she managed to reach the level of Tsunade, and surpassed her as a Kunoichi. Sakura is a very underestimated character, and she can definitely put up a fight against Naruto.
6. Killer Bee
Killer Bee is Kumogakure’s strongest asset, as of now. He is the Jinchuuriki of the 8 Tails. Bee is one of the few characters to have full control over a Tailed Beast.
Being a Perfect Jinchuuriki, he can put up some kind of a fight against Naruto. His raw power is amazing, and he will definitely force Naruto to take him seriously.
5. Rock Lee
Rock Lee is now a Jonin from Konohagakure. He has excelled since the ending of the war and has drastically improved his Taijutsu.
It is said that Lee has surpassed Guy’s level after the war. Lee can now open at least 7 of the 8 Inner Gates, and can probably also open the 8th Gate as well. Again, he won’t win against Naruto, but it will be a great match to watch.
4. Kinshiki Otsutsuki
Kinshiki Otsutsuki is a very powerful character, who appeared in Boruto Naruto the Movie. He was capable enough to fight Sasuke Uchiha on equal footing. Ninjutsu is useless against him, and according to the databooks, he has enough power to split a planet.
If he was able to push Sasuke into a corner, he can do the same to Naruto.
3. Toneri Otsutsuki
Toneri Otsutsuki appeared in The Last: Naruto the Movie. He already fought against Naruto, and lost.
Then again, even though he can’t win, Toneri proved to be a great match for Naruto. He was not weak in any way. Toneri was even able to split the moon into two easily.
2. Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Momoshiki appeared in Boruto: Naruto the Movie, as the final antagonist. He will also appear in the Boruto anime very soon. He possesses the Rinnegan and also has the Byakugan at his aid.
His power were pretty great, and he is undoubtedly one of the strongest Naruto characters ever. Naruto won’t be able to beat him alone. In fact, he needed Sasuke’s help to do so. However, when the two combined their powers, Momoshiki stood no chance and was defeated easily.
1. Sasuke Uchiha
Who else but Sasuke can take Naruto in a fight. Sasuke Uchiha may not be stronger than Momoshiki, but the thing is, he knows Naruto the best.
If someone actually has a chance of beating him, it’s Sasuke. It is very hard for him to do so, that’s pretty obvious, but he is more or less just as strong as Naruto himself.
Just like Naruto, Sasuke has the Six Paths powers as well. They’re pretty evenly matched, and a fight between the two could go either way.
