There were several users of Space-time Ninjutsu in Naruto, like Minato, Obito, and Tobirama. However, you probably know that most of them are dead. Boruto series does indeed have some users of Space-time Ninjutsu.
What is Space-Time Ninjutsu?
A Space-Time Ninjutsu is a technique that allows a person to alter the time-space. It is used to travel instantaneously from one place to another and is strong enough to even switch dimensions.
Here is the list of all those characters from the Boruto series.
8. Jigen
Jigen is the newest character in the Boruto anime we saw using Space-time ninjutsu since he is an Otsutsuki it’s pretty obvious. He even tried to kill Sasuke as he can also use this ninjutsu which bothers him alot.
7. Shin Uchiha
Shin Uchiha is an experiment of Orochimaru, who possess Hashirama’s cells, as well as the Sharingan of the Uchiha Clan.
He calls himself a true Uchiha as well. When it comes to power, Shin is very strong. He was able to fight against Sasuke to some extent and even wounded Naruto. Shin also has access to a Space-time Ninjutsu through his right Sharingan. He also has a weird creature with him, who is also able to use this technique.
6. Boruto Uzumaki
Boruto Uzumaki possesses a Dōjutsu unique to him that has manifested in his right eye. With this eye, he has the power to use a Space-time Ninjutsu.
He used it first during the Academy arc, where he was able to transport himself, Mitsuki, Sumire and the Nue to a completely new dimension. However, Boruto hasn’t gained mastery over the usage of this eye, or the technique yet.
5. Orochimaru
Orochimaru is one of the Legendary Sannin. He is known throughout the five countries for his work.
Orochimaru is also one of the strongest shinobi alive right now, basically because he is Immortal. He also has access to an unknown space-time ninjutsu, according to the anime. However, this Jutsu remains to be a mystery, as I for one have never seen him use it.
4. Kinshiki Otsutsuki
Kinshiki Otsutsuki is one of the gods of the Naruto universe. He is an extremely powerful character, being one of the Otsutsuki.
He was able to fight on par with Sasuke Uchiha, which is a great feat. Kinshiki is also capable of using a Space-time Ninjutsu, with which he can teleport to anywhere instantly. He was never shown to use it in the movie. It was recently revealed in the anime as one of his powers.
3. Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Just like Kinshiki, Momoshiki Otsutsuki is also capable of using a Space-time Ninjutsu. It is unknown if he himself could use it.
However, even if he couldn’t, he ultimately gained all of Kinshiki’s powers by converting him into a chakra pill. This allows him to use every single ability that Kinshiki possessed. Further, Momoshiki had a strange ability to be able to stop time.
2. Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest characters in the world of Naruto right now. His power level is rivalled by very few characters. When Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan, it opened a door for many new techniques to him. Most notably, Sasuke gained the ability to use Amenotejikara, which allowed him to teleport over short distances. This is a very powerful ability.
After being able to control the Rinnegan better, Sasuke also gained another Space-time Ninjutsu. He has gained the power to use an unnamed technique, which grants him the ability to open portals to any dimension. He has access to any dimension or planet now.

1. Kaguya Otsutsuki
Yes, Kaguya Otsutsuki is not from Boruto. However, remember that she isn’t dead. She’s Immortal so she can’t die. She has just been sealed away.
Kaguya may or may not return, but Kaguya has the ability to use two Space-time Ninjutsu. She has Amenominaka, with which she can teleport everyone within a certain range to a new dimension. This ability is extremely deadly.
